Task: PneumaFit is a Lithuanian construction company offering turnkey apartment and house renovations alongside an investment model for flipping. Two directions, two different audiences, and one website was needed to speak to both while still feeling like a premium product.

Solution: A dark palette with red accents is not the usual choice for a renovation company, but that is exactly what sets PneumaFit apart from competitors with white websites and generic tile photos. The portfolio was given center stage because real interior photography sells quality better than any block of text.

Result: The company received two tools in one: a website that attracts renovation clients while also converting investors into partnership conversations.
